ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE

Check in time: 15:00 to 24:00

Departure Time: Up to 11:00 noon.

CAUTION !!! The late check-out of a room upon agreement with the Reception between 11:00 and 18:00 will be charged 50% of the room's daily rate and 100% after 18:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation the customer will be charged:

0% of the total value if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the arrival date.

30% of the total amount of the reservation if booking is canceled in less than 21 days from the expected arrival date.

100% of the total value of the reservation if the customer does not show (non show).

100% of the total cost of the reservation if an early departure is made without prior notice and consent of the hotel.

100% of the total value if the booking is "non refundable"

CAFE - BAR

The Cafe- Bar is open from 08:00 to 24:00.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served from 07:15 to 10:30. For early breakfast service or take-out breakfast communicate with the Reception. Breakfast can be served in the rooms upon request

RESTAURANT

Τhe cuisine serves 12:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. For take-out food communicate with the restaurant service.

CHILDREN - ADDITIONAL BEDS

All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. Play beds and extra beds can be arranged upon request and availability.

PARKING

Parking is available on site and is free of charge.

INTERNET

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. In the lobby there is an internet corner with computers for your work and is available for free.

SUNLOUNGERS & UMBRELLAS

For residents of Asteris Village, the use of umbrellas & loungers is available free of charge in the pool.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

TAXES - ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Accommodation rates include all legal taxes except for RESIDENCE TAX amounting to € 1.50 per night per apartment
